定期的对通风管道设备进行清理是非常有必要的。如何进行清理呢？

(1)当风管与风机衔接时，应在进出风口处加软接头，其软接头的断面尺度应与风机进出风口共同。软管接头普通可采用帆布、人造革等材料，软管长度不宜小于200，松紧度应适宜，柔性软管可缓冲风机的振荡。

(2)当风道与除尘设备、加热设备等衔接前，应待设备装置终了后，按理论测绘的图纸中止预制和装置。

(3)通风管道装置时，进、出风日宜在风道预制时开出洞口，如需在装置终了的风道上现开风口，其接口处应紧密。

(4)当运送含凝结水或含湿量较大的气体时，其水平管道宜设有坡度，并在低点处接排水管。装置时风道底部不宜呈现纵向接缝，对底部有接缝处应中止密封处置。

(5)对运送易燃、易爆气体的钢板风道，在风道衔接法兰处应装置跨接线，并与静电接地网衔接。
(5) For steel plate air ducts transporting flammable and explosive gases, jumper wires should be installed at the flange connection of the air duct and connected to the electrostatic grounding network.
(6)当水平风道高度在4m以上时，装置人员应系安全带。脚手架或移动式支架上的跳板应固定好，跳板宽度应契合安全规范，在脚手架上的装置人员宜携东西袋，避免东西或电钻等物掉落伤人。
(6) When the height of the horizontal air duct is above 4m, the installation personnel should wear safety belts. The springboard on the scaffold or mobile bracket should be fixed properly, and the width of the springboard should comply with safety regulations. The installation personnel on the scaffold should carry bags to prevent objects or electric drills from falling and injuring people.
