（1）风管制造之前要进行实测草图制作，每个系统制作一张几张加工设备图，剖析好用量，再根据加工设备草图进行加工。
(1) Before manufacturing the air duct, actual measurement sketches should be made. Each system should create several machining equipment diagrams, analyze the usage, and then process according to the machining equipment sketches.
（2）风管下料时，各对边规范应共同，其过失≤1mm。弯头、三通下料组合加工时，在平面弧形板和曲面板上，均需先画出弧线起、结尾符号，以使压弯后组装时管件更准确不错位。下料、刨切板材时，压尺有必要压住原板，靠面有必要平直、以保证下料平直。使所对直、平缝、角缝在一条直线上。
(2) When cutting the air duct, the specifications for each opposite side should be common, with a fault of ≤ 1mm. When combining the cutting of elbows and tees, it is necessary to first draw the start and end symbols of the arc lines on both the flat arc plate and the curved panel, in order to make the pipe fittings more accurate and not misaligned during assembly after bending. When cutting and cutting boards, it is necessary for the pressure ruler to press against the original board, and the surface to be flat to ensure that the cutting is straight. Align the alignment, flat seams, and corner seams in a straight line.
（3）风管组装是用四块板胶接而成，在周围面板上构成一个台阶，胶水就涂在这个台阶，台阶主要起两个方面作用：①增加胶水长度，使风管转角胶得更牢；②用无机材料盖住保温材料，使保温材料不外露，整个风管系统设备结束后，一切的保温材料都被无机材料所包裹，增强整个风管系统的防火功能.

（4） 每节风管（包含三通、家庄电动伸缩门 保定桌椅  保定水处理设备 河北机械加工  保定养老院  保定防水弯头号管件）的各端面，应与风管中线垂直。当风管长边规范≤400mm时，容许过失≤1mm，当风管板面长边规范＞400mm时，容许过失＜1.5mm。
(4) The end faces of each section of air duct (including tees and elbow fittings) should be perpendicular to the centerline of the air duct. When the specification of the long side of the air duct is ≤ 400mm, the allowable error is ≤ 1mm. When the specification of the long side of the air duct panel is>400mm, the allowable error is<1.5mm.
（5）变径管的长度视现场状况一致规定为L=1.00m，以保证美观。
