利用嗜油微生物将油烟中的油雾分解净化。此产品的油烟去除率可以达到90%。需要专门的微生物池，微生物新陈代谢需要定期处理更新。此处理方法最为环保。

Special microbial pool is needed, and microbial metabolism needs to be treated and updated regularly. This treatment method is the most environmentally friendly.
4、水喷淋洗涤塔净化工艺

采用烟罩收集送入吸收塔（喷淋、筛板、填料）的方式净化，然后通过抽风机排放。该产品的油烟去除率约80～90%。但设备安装空间大，系统复杂。

5、油烟收集罩

采用简易罩收集油烟，通过排气扇把油烟排到室外。仅收集油烟，不做净化处理，油烟去除率为0%。

6、高压静电（等离子）

利用高压下的气体电离和电场作用力，使尘粒荷电后从气体中分离。该产品的油烟去除率标称95%。产品使用的第一周的油烟去除率95%，连续使用约3个月后去除率呈直线下降直到为零。如果需要保证油烟净化效果，以及油烟去除率达标，必须每两周清洗一次。如果不按规范清洗，排烟管道内积油严重，失火风险很大。
