排烟道的外观质量
Appearance quality of exhaust duct
（1）排烟道制品的内外表面不应有裸露钢筋、蜂窝、塌陷和空鼓现象。
(1) The internal and external surfaces of smoke exhaust products shall be free of exposed reinforcement, honeycomb, collapse and hollowing.
（2）排烟道流通截面为矩形时，拐角应做成圆角。排烟道内的预留进烟口应通畅无堵塞。
(2) When the flow section of the exhaust duct is rectangular, the corner shall be rounded. The reserved smoke inlet in the smoke exhaust passage shall be unobstructed.
（3）排烟道内表面应平整、光滑，不允许有裂缝（但表面龟裂和砂浆层干缩裂缝不在此限）。
(3) The inner surface of the smoke exhaust duct shall be flat and smooth, and no cracks are allowed (except for surface cracks and dry shrinkage cracks of the mortar layer).
（4）有下列情况的排烟道允许修补：
(4) The smoke exhaust duct with the following conditions is allowed to be repaired:
①粘皮、麻面、蜂窝不应超过总面积的1/20；每块面积不超过50。
① Sticky skin, pitted surface and honeycomb shall not exceed 1 / 20 of the total area; each area shall not exceed 50.
②烟道两端破损，宽不应超过边长的1/10，高不应超过100 mm。
② Both ends of the flue are damaged, the width shall not exceed 1 / 10 of the side length, and the height shall not exceed 100 mm.
③端部主支隔板破损，宽不应超过边长的1/10，高不应超过20mm。
